Q: How soon can I expect to receive my order?

A: We work hard to have all orders shipped in a timely manner. Parcels are shipped out at least twice weekly (on weekdays). All orders are sent via the USPS.

US / Domestic customers, if you require a rush shipment for any reason, please get in touch before placing your order to be certain that we are able to accommodate your needs.

International / Canadian customers, please be aware that shipping times can vary greatly and unfortunately expedited shipping is not available at this time.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes! We welcome orders from friends both near and far!

Q: Do you have a wholesale catalog?

A: Our debut collection was a huge success and we are currently working on our catalog with the hopes that it will be available soon. Please free to get in touch to express your interest, and we will be sure to send you a copy of the completed catalog as soon as it is ready. We look forward to hearing from you!

Q: Are your softies handmade?

A: Yes! We are proud to be able to say that all Petit Pippin softies are handmade from design to finished piece in-studio, using fine quality products and craftsmanship.

Q: Do you accept custom orders?

A: We are not currently able to accommodate custom orders. If this is an option that you would like to see in the future, please feel free to get in touch and share your interest with us.


Q: A one-of-a-kind softie that I like already sold out, can you make me another identical toy?

A: Since our one-of-a-kind softies are individually hand painted / hand embroidered and not mass-produce, we are not able to exactly replicate a previously sold toy. Oftentimes, our softies may have features that are similar to past designs, however no two will ever be exactly the same. If you would like to be notified when new batches of toys are added to the shop, we invite you to sign up for our newsletter mailing list or to follow us on Instagram.

Q: Do you speak French?

A: Great question! We are actually in the process of learning the French language, but we are not fluent just yet. We hope to be soon!

Q: Can I buy your toy patterns so that I can sew my own softies?

A: We design our patterns especially for the Petit Pippin line, and our patterns are not for sale at this time. Thanks for your understanding and support of our small business!


A: We are pleased to offer our art print exclusively through Society6. Our Society6 SHOP can be found here.

Through our external Society6 shop we offer gallery quality Giclée prints on natural white, matte, ultra smooth, 100% cotton rag, acid and lignin free archival paper using Epson K3 archival inks. Prints are custom trimmed with a 1" border for framing.
Please note that all orders placed through our Society6 shop are printed and fulfilled exclusively through Society6. We are unable to alter, track shipments or accept returns on any orders placed via our Society6 shop. Please contact Society6 directly with any questions or concerns regarding art print orders.

All toy orders are created, fulfilled and shipped exclusively through this site only.

Q: what does petit pippin mean?

A: Our name is a combination of the French word "petit" which means little, and an adaptation of the English word "pip" which is a fruit seed. We believe that great things can grow from the smallest of beginnings, and what more fitting way to share this belief than with our name: Petit Pippin!
